The Zeekr 001 is the first electric vehicle of the Zeekr brand, owned by Geely Automobile Holdings. The vehicle was originally previewed as the Lynk & Co Zero Concept and revealed in 2020 at the Beijing Auto Show, but in October 2021 it was instead released in China as the Zeekr 001 and is scheduled for release in Europe in 2023.
The production 001 was presented on 16 April 2021 at the Auto Shanghai and launched in October 2021 in the Mainland Chinese market. Its shooting brake design is similar to the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo and it features a similar front end to that of the Lynk & Co 05, a model from another brand in the Geely Automobile Holdings group of companies and maybe not a coincidence, as the 001 model was developed by Swedish CEVT as Lynk & Co Zero Concept.
The top of the trim variant of the 001 has electric motors on both the front and rear axle, putting out a combined output of 536 hp (400 kW; 543 PS) and 700 N⋅m (516 lb⋅ft) of torque and can propel the 001 from 0–100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.8 seconds, speed max over 200 km/h (124 mph), 30 minutes maximum power output is equal 177 hp (132 kW; 179 PS). Zeekr is claiming that the 001 can run on a full charge for up to 700 km (435 mi), and its charging setup will give it 120 km (75 mi) worth of power in just five minutes of charging time. A special model limited to 1,000 units will be sold in 2023 with the CATL Qilin battery containing 140 kWh to allow up to 1,000 km (621 mi) of range.
Zeekr 001 has set two world records. The first one was for the fastest drift by an electric car, at 208 km/h. The second world record was for the fastest slalom by an EV with 50 cones in 49.05 seconds.
Zeekr 001 is equipped with a 100kWh "Jixin" battery pack, with a maximum CLTC cruising range of 732km. It accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.8 seconds and has a top speed of over 200km/h. The peak power is 400kW and the maximum wheel-end torque is 7680N·m. A high-performance air suspension system composed of a fully automatic air suspension system + CCD electromagnetic damping system, and an intelligent electric four-wheel drive composed of an intelligent driving torque distribution system and a torque vectoring braking system (DWTB), plus a 5.9m Hard-core technologies such as the minimum turning radius make Jikrypton 001’s “hunting gear is all-round” label image worthy of its name.

Zeekr 001 smart cockpit is based on real user scenarios. The design introduces the concept of AI assistant, which can wake up the AI MATE smart assistant through "Hi EVA" voice. It also has cutting-edge technologies such as four-screen interconnection and face ID recognition to realize multi-mode human Computer interaction. The new car is also equipped with the ZEEKR AD full-scenario highly intelligent driving system, which uses the 7nm process Mobileye EyeQ5H high-computing intelligent driving chip. It has 8 million pixel resolution, 250-meter ultra-long detection range and eagle-eye vision fusion of centimeter-level high-precision maps. The perception system, combined with a number of industry-leading hardware and algorithms, enables multi-scenario recognition and prediction of China's road conditions.
